have dedicated themselves to the celebration of this
art, and established a museum to exhibit it.

great masters of Balinese and national modern art, along
with more traditional Balinese painting and sculpture.
The text is thus amply illustrated by works from
Museum Rudana, the Rudana Fine Art Gallery, and
the Rudana family private collection, with explanatory
captions to allow readers to better grasp the content and
meaning of the works.
The final chapter of Bali Inspires tells the story
of Nyoman Rudana who, starting from very humble
