Cherokee Rd Social Circle, GA 30025 Course Fee: $325.00 members $350.00non-members As of December 9, 2010 Firms and Individuals must now be Certified by GA EPD to work in Georgia. You must attend a Certified Renovator class and certify both your company and an individual with GA EPD. Failure can lead to GA fines of up to $10,000, Federal EPA fines up to $32,500 along with possible criminal action. This 8-hour accredited course will train you in Lead Safe Work Practices with lecture and hands-on training. Course booklets, Georgia application forms, EPA application forms, and all required documentation will be available to the class. EPA’s Renovation Repair & Painting Final Rule (40 CFR 745) requires that renovations conducted for compensation, must be performed by Certified Firms using Certified Renovators.
