Anthilla Development Corporation was established in 2010 by its President, Emil Perez, Jr., with its pioneer project, Melbourne Residences. The development ushered the start of the growth of the Palanan area in Makati. A year after, 2011, Anthilla Land Corporation, which handles projects located outside Metro Manila, was born.
In 2012, Anthilla Land Corporation’s first project was launched: the Americana Residences.
This 2015, Anthilla celebrates a milestone: it has now been operational for five years in thereal estate industry.
