The trustees convened at 8:00 A.

Barry Anderson opened with devotions.
The board of trustees suspended its agenda to meet with the members of the Ministry board: Kip Tyler,
David Drum, Bob Nordvall, Kathy Sukke, and Mark Vander Tuig.
Ministry members presented a draft
document titled “General Expectations for Those Students Seeking a Certified Call in LCMC.
” The
document addresses pastoral training in terms of academic, character and spiritual development, and
leadership development.
M/S/P To accept the LCMC Discipline Philosophy, which includes segments on the Discipline
Team, the Consultation Team, and the Mediation Team, as presented by the LCMC Ministry Board.
