BACKGROUND
This refers to the complaint received by the Office of the Chairman
and this Department on August 9,2010 which alleged that Atty.
Josllyn p.
Demesa, Assistant Director of this Department, violated Sections 261 (bbf
(3) and 222 of the Omnibus Election Code as well as Section 13 of
COMELEC En Banc Resolution No.
8809 entitled "General Instntctions
