For those who love a good game that can be played online and is very interactive, Minecraft is a great
game to play.
This is a sandbox building independent video game.
It was written in Java and created by
a Swedish creator by the name of Markus Persson.
Persson went on to create his own company,
Majang, which was formed by the earnings of the game.
Minecraft was released for play in May of 2009
and a Beta version of the game was released in December 2010.
Unlike a lot of indie games, Minecraft is
one that is actually recognized by the masses with iOS and Android releasing version of the game in
2011 and Xbox 360 in development of their own game.
Though it sounds simple, Minecraft is all about building things.
The game involves the use of cubical
blocks that are arranged in a fixed grid pattern.
These blocks will be arranged to represent different items
including dirt, stone water, trees, and the like.
