Jackson files charge of racial discrimination; It doesn’t stop charges against him
Jeffrey Jackson, former
Hampton Chief of Police, turned
himself in to law enforcement at the
Calhoun County Sheriff’s office on
Monday after learning a warrant
had been obtained for his arrest.
The warrant was obtained
by the Arkansas State Police and
was signed by judge Hamilton
