A quality action plan is a set of activities which assist to attain excellence in a project being executed.
Have a clear objective / goal.
List the benefits you would gain by achieving your goal.
Start with what you will do NOW.
Define the steps that you will take.
Arrange action points in logical chronological order & put in date you commit to start each action.
Identify a completion point for each activity and give yourself a reward.
Consider several ways you have to achieve your goal, (Study / Work / Leisure).
Consider potential problems you might encounter.
Review your progress / revise your plan.
Go back to step one and continue.
