TIC Hostmanship Award – Guidelines Created by the CityDNA Visitor Experience Knowledge Group, the TIC Hostmanship Award recognises outstanding innovation and excellence among staff members working in the Tourist Information Centres (TICs) of CityDNA member cities. This annual award celebrates a staff member who has demonstrated exceptional initiative through an innovative project or action that has significantly enhanced the visitor experience. After 10 years, the 11th edition marks a refreshed vision for the Award, aligning it more closely with CityDNA’s strategic priorities and the evolving role of TICs across Europe. 1.
