SERVICE AGREEMENT AND IMAGE RIGHTS Between the undersigned (1) CityDNA, City Destinations Alliance, (SIRET number 424 955 144) is an association governed by the French Act of July, 1st 1901, having its head office in Dijon, 29 D rue de Talant, and represented by its President, Petra Stušek (2) The Speaker, (1) (first name, last name) from (2) (company) is duly incorporated in (3) (country), having its registered office at (4) (address). OBJECT The present agreement sets out the conditions of the partnership between City Destinations Alliance and the Speaker, who will intervene during CityDNA International Conference & General Assembly to be held in Bologna, Italy on April 24-26, 2024.
