Lemon Ice Cream
INGREDIENTS:
• ¼ liter of water
• ¼ liter of White wine
• 125 grams of sugar
• The juice of 4 a 5 lemons
• 2 eggs whites
• 1 pinch of salt
PREPARATION:
The water is boiled; wine and sugar for 10 minutes over low
heat add lemon juice and let the mixture cool the next day,
beating until stiff egg whites carry icy again for another hour
or more to the camera freezer.
Serve in cups ice and served with dry biscuits.
