This is to confirm that your agency will pay Folio Montréal a 10% commission of the model’s gross earnings. Payment will be accompanied by a detailed description of the above models account. Please be advised that all exclusive and worldwide campaigns must be referred to Folio Montreal. Folio must approve contract details.
