FATA EPC, a division of FATA Spa (a Finmeccanica Company) has won an EPC contract for the construction and commissioning of a 70 Ton per day Chlor-Alkali Plant the Mesaieed Industrial City at Mesaieed, Qatar. The contract has been awarded by Gulf Chlorine W.L.L., a joint venture between Oman Chlorine SAOG, and Al Mirqab Capital, a Qatar local Company. The Project value is USD 70 million. FATA will be ultimately responsible for a complete EPC scope including the Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning and Start Up of the facility.
