Glasses were raised, winners and finalists congratulated and friendships strengthened at the 2014 Morris Golden Keys Concierge Awards, held inThe Royal Horseguards hotel. Celebrating the work of more than 340 members across the UK, the Awards Panel had the unenviable task of picking the night’s winners from a strong field, but members were this time helped by the AA to strengthen the selections with even greater transparency. Simon Numphud joined the judges in his role as the AA’s Head Of Hotel Services. Antony Lynch, Society President, welcomed more than 300 guests with AndrewTurner, MVP’s long-standing Publisher and Head Of Creative Solutions, making sure the night’s sponsors were given a warm welcome.
