Issues 9, 10 Electing a New Patriarch for the Church of Eritrea assured the acceptance of the Holy Synod for the results of the Popular Elections and their accordance with each other. Attendees celebrated this result and Fr. Kirollos pointed out that Fr. Antoniuos was the first that HH the Pope laid hands on from among the five Eritrean Bishops that HH ordained as a first step to create a Holy Synod for Eritrea and to ordain Fr. Philippos in the presence of the representative of HH the Pope in Asmara to occupy that Historical Position. And this was confirmed by the rest of speakers.
