S 254 G?& P i &% d 2 f L d & ~ , P ~ EVO MORALES AYMA PRESIDENTE CONSTITUCIONAL DEL ESTADO PLURINACIONAL DE BOLIVIA Por cuanto, la Asamblea Legislativa Plurinacional, ha sancionado la siguiente Ley: LA ASAMBLEA LEGISLATIVA PLURINACIONAL, DECRETA: CÓDIGO PROCESAL CONSTITUCIONAL T~TULOI DISPOSICIONES GENERALES, FACULTADES ESPECIALES DEL TRIBUNAL CONSTITUCIONAL PLURINACIONAL, RESOLUCIONES, EFECTOS Y EJECUCIÓN CAP~TULOPRIMERO DISPOSICIONES GENERALES ART~CULO 1. (OBJETO). El presente Código tiene por objeto regular los procesos constitucionales ante el Tribunal Constitucional Plurinacional, así como las acciones de defensa ante Juezas, Jueces y Tribunales competentes. ART~CULO2. (INTERPRETACI~N CONSTITUCIONAL). l. El Tribunal Constitucional Plurinacional en su labor interpretativa aplicará, con preferencia, la voluntad del constituyente, de acuerdo con sus actas y resoluciones, así como el tenor literal del texto de la Constitución Política del Estado.
