Island Arts Craft Show at Shore Acres
The annual Island Arts Craft Show will be held at beautiful Shore Acres on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday,
August 5, 6, and 7.
As in the past, the show will feature high quality, juried crafts from some of Vermont’s finest artists and
artisans including jewelry by Biffie Gallant, pastels by Connie Cassevaugh, wood working by Francis Williams
and Colin Gray, baskets and lamps by June Lynch, quilts and other handquilted items by Sue Alenick, paintings
by Kathy
Dustira, and photographs by this year’s featured crafter Rob Lyons.
The aerial photographs of Robert Lyons will be featured at the Island Arts Craft Show.
Lyons, who
photographs as he flies his own plane, has been taking aerial photographs of Vermont for more than 20 years.
His work has been exhibited at galleries and craft shows throughout the state.
For this show, Lyons will feature
aerial photographs of the Champlain Islands and a new line of “backyar
