EXCEPTIONAL BOOKING CONDITIONS – APPLICABLE FROM APRIL TO JULY 2026 Updated on 29/05/2026 PREAMBLE These exceptional booking conditions (hereinafter the “Exceptional Conditions”) apply within the framework of the commercial operation entitled “Serenity”. These Exceptional Conditions supplement the applicable General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) and derogate from them solely with respect to the expressly specified provisions. In the event of any inconsistency, these Exceptional Conditions shall prevail for eligible bookings. 1. Validity Period These Exceptional Conditions apply exclusively to bookings made between April 1, 2026 and July 31, 2026 inclusive. 2. Deposit The deposit paid at the time of booking is firm, final, and non-refundable. By way of exception, such deposit may be transferred, including multiple times, under the conditions set out below, provided that no cash refund may be requested. 3.
