110 OUTSIDE EMPLOYMENT Employees are prohibited from working in any capacity for another brewing company while employed by Allagash. An employee may do work for another organization outside the brewing industry as long as he or she satisfactorily performs his or her job responsibilities with Allagash. However, employees may not take work calls, engage in other communications or conduct business for another employer while on duty working for Allagash. In addition, Allagash facilities cannot be used after your regular work hours to conduct other business. Allagash employees may not be hired by you as subcontractors for any other business pursuant to the state of Maine’s Wage and Hour laws. All employees will be judged by the same performance standards and will be subject to Allagash’s scheduling demands, regardless of any existing outside work requirements.
