A1) Make sure the safety lock is free A2) Check for a stone or wedge debris in between the center square tube and one of the lateral supports (blue piece 1’’ thick). Q) 4x4 tube vertically scratched ? A) There is four (4) nylon button inside the lateral plate of the cylinder, they might be worn. This will cause dirt or debris to enter or change the angle of how the jack raises.
