Police service employees are extremely crucial to the country since their value is essentially intangible and not easily replicated. Kenya police service employees have been complaining of career growth and opportunity, better compensation, structured induction programs, performance management tools, equitable compensation packages, job satisfaction and good leadership skills were found to influence their decision to stay with their current employer. The objective of this study was to establish the influence of working environment on organizational performance in the Kenya Police Service. The study was carried out in the police services using Lakipia Police Divisional Headquarters. The study adopted a descriptive survey research design. The target population of the study was 86 disciplined uniformed officers who work in the Laikipia Police Division headquarters.
