“Each person gives meaning to their experience and act in relationships with others from a set of premises and personal beliefs that derive from its specific position in the interactive situation, the experiences previously given to the interaction or those who live in its dealings with the others" (L. Fruggeri, 1998). The aim of this paper is to offer counseling both as a tool to live differently interpersonal relations, especially parents / nurses and nurse / nurse, and as a strategy for change through the construction of a new reality department.
