Suction Stabilizer HY100 HY100 suction stabilizer is installed in the suction line of plunger pumps in flow through configuration. Suction stabilizer isolates the pump from the suction piping and offers dampening of flow and acceleration pulsations. Suction stabilizer eliminates the pressure loss created by pulsating flow and increases system’s NPSHa value. Hytar HY100 suction stabilizer can be equipped with a bleeding valve allowing air removal from the fluid. The use of suction stabilizer is recommended with large flow plunger pumps to ensure ideal suction line conditions. Suction stabilizer is installed into suction liquid line as close to the pump as possible.
