In the spring of 2017, Biotechnical Centre Naklo selected 14 pilot sites within the WP3 (Pilot sites activities for an Alpine School Model) of the YOUrALPS project, which prepared a pilot plan (Annex I) for the school year 2017/18. The forms for the plan and implementation (Annex II_Plan and report of pilot activity) of each pilot action were prepared in collaboration with WPT4 (Alpine School Model development and transfer). The forms were aligned with the draft of the Alpine school model. Each pilot action was planned and implemented in the process of 7 steps that lead to an ASM friendly project (see the scheme below).
