No educator can work alone:Identification and analysis of problems require certain organizational
components that are absent with educational institutions like open & honest conversation, meeting habits
that support inquiry, dialogue, reflection,……….building trust.The presence of these things within our
educational institutions is through collective work on inside. The success of Japanese elementary schools
was much more to do with the collaborative professional development among Japanese teachers. Two
features of Japanese schooling a) cooperative management (b) improvement of teachers' practice through
sharing and critiquing.
