While it may have been a long and cold winter; the activities
schedule was hot as ever here at Westchester Meadows.

and Betty Whelan were busy making sure our residents got the
most out of each and every icy cold day.
Spring is here but we just
want to take a moment to reflect on what got us through those bitter
months.
Residents kicked off the holiday season with an elegant party filled
with music, hors d’oeuvres, a sumptuous dinner and dancing to the
smooth sounds of Lee Perry Gross Entertainment.
When we were
not holiday shopping, our residents enjoyed concerts at:
• The Albert Einstein Symphony Orchestra, conducted by
Stephen Moshman, the son of our very own resident Lorraine
Rosenberg.
•ARenaissance Holiday Concert, at the Hudson River Museum
in Yonkers.
• The very talented women’s choral ensemble, “The Hudson
Bells” treated us to a uplifting conc
