The opening of the Mineirão Stadium was the 5th of September, 1965 and the
remodeling was in 2010. Before that, the stadium had capacity for 130.000
spectators, but owing to the remodering the actual capacity is for 70.000
spectators. The re-opening was the 24th of April, 2013 with a match Brazil vs Chile.
