I was asked to speak about my trip to Latvia and here it goes: it began with a very funny trip, especially the snack that the stewardess gave to me! After my arrival to Riga and 2 days there visiting the city, I met the Latvian hosts and the other delegations that were in Riga too. The 3 hour trip to Preili was a very good trip because we had time to talk with the partner delegations and start to know each other. I didn´t have much fear…only the fear that the food was based on something that I didn´t like…but it was a fear that disappeared in the first dinner at my host house. It was a very good week, because I was very well received: the family treated me very well, almost like a member of the family, a thing that I will never forget! My Latvian partner was a very good friend, treated me very well too and was very concerned with my wellbeing.
