Like any other properly managed business,
especially in the business of care, an adult
day care center must have enforceable and
easy to follow Policies and Procedures.
These procedures govern day-to-day activity
while also covering important personnel concerns from the employer’s right to unannounced drug testing to attendance rules.
Far too many providers add so much complexity to these rules that staff may find them
hard to understand and subsequently follow.
Of course you have to comply with state and
local regulatory rules when it comes to language development but this does not mean
