{ Participant Information Sheet [version 2, 28/04/26] Ethical approval reference number: 34216 Developing and implementing health promotion strategies to extend healthy lifespan We are researchers working at the University of Melbourne, Australia and Hokkaido University, Japan. W e would like to invite older adults living in the community to take part in our research. We want to do community healthy ageing check for older adults and find out which screening tests relate to physical, mental and social frailty. We will repeat the checks to see how things change over time. This will inform the design of new strategies to promote healthy ageing. We’ve sent you this information sheet because you’ve heard about the research and thought that you might like to take part.
