People have asked me many times over at the start of the school year (1985): “But what is this so-called pedagogy of structure and communication? How does it work?” Trick question! I don’t very well know how it works! And yet, as the years go by, I have become well aware that what I am doing is not completely random. I’ve even started to be sure of it!
