Throughout our editing/filming process we stuck to a black and white coloured theme at the beginning of the video to get the audience familiar with the main character, when the beat drops the music video changes to colour. The colours we focused on was a bright pink/purple theme so that it could help tell the story of the different emotions that the character goes through. The colour purple has connotations with passion which can link to the relationship between our antagonist and the boy. We kept this scheme throughout so the audience wouldn’t get confused with the narrative.
