...bringing you news,views and opinions every month MAY 2017, ISSUE 98 FREE CHAMP SKI SUCCESS LOCAL WOMAN CONQUERS THE SLOPES ON DEBUT An aspiring Paralympian from Bushey has become the new British Parasnowsport champion after winning both the slalom and giant slalom. Grace Conway-Murray, aged 21, who has been skiing since the age of five, won both events on April 1 and 2, despite this being only her first season in the sport. Grace, who attended St Hilda’s School when she was younger, says she’s keen to continue in the sport and has aspirations to compete in the Winter Paralympics. CONTINUED ON PAGE 4...
