Andrew Riley received an Order of the British Empire (BEM) for services to the community in Northwood Hills. He moved to Northwood Hills 32 years ago and after being made redundant by HSBC in 2008, his work in the community really started to take off. As well as working as the chairman for the Northwood Hills Residents Association, Andrew volunteers as a school governor outside of the area. CONTINUED ON PAGE 4...
