Pupils: Most pupils (75%) feel their views lead to improvements. This is done this through; form captains, house captains, pupil representatives at SMT and Parent Council. Pupil annual survey, feedback, suggestions and consultations (school day, uniform, sports, vision/values). RRSA focus group and SCCYP survey (Flushed with Success). Pupil reps on the Aberdeen City Pupil Voice group and on the Scottish Youth Parliament. Parents: PC/PTA, In the annual survey most parents liked groupcall and phone calls, the majority (72%) said the school asked for their views, most (77%) said the school kept them well informed and almost all (92%) said the school takes their views into account.
