The signatures below confirm that the Washington School District Elementary Student Handbook for 2014-2015 school year has been reviewed by the student and parent/guardian and further indicates that the student and parent/guardian are aware of the information, procedures, guidelines, policies, rules, and consequences included in the student handbook.
