1 SCHOOL HANDBOOK Student Handbook Signature Page 2014-2015 The signatures below confirm that the Washington High School student handbook has been received by the student and reviewed by the parent. The signatures below further indicate that the student and parent/guardian are aware of the information, procedures, guidelines, policies, rules, and consequences included in the student handbook. The student handbook is designed to inform students and their parents/guardians about the school. The student handbook is not all inclusive as the School Board Policies also apply (as applicable) to students at Washington High School. Students use their handbook to reference procedures, guidelines, policies, rules and consequences as well as log assignments and school events by means of the calendar section (only as it applies to your handbook).
