About the words
The images in this set have continued to grow over time into a huge set. Lots of the jobs here are
common, regular jobs but I wanted to add in a few interesting or more creative jobs like the
magician and the robber. Ok, being a robber isn’t actually a job. . . . but we do talk about people
making a career out of crime. Let’s just call it a bonus.
Who is this sheet for?
These cards are for students, kids or adults who want to talk about jobs.

B: I want to be fire fighter.

B: I’m a mechanic. I fix cars.
Using the worksheet
There are countless ways to use cards in classes. Games of memory, matching games, and
games where kids run to the card or throw the card into a hat for a point. As long as you are active
and fun and the kids are enjoying themselves you’re going to have a great time and they are too.
