beautiful tiles and

Mudejar roof. From the
hall you reach to the Patio de las
Doncellas, main patio, a masterpiece of
Andalusian Mudejar art. Artisans Toledo,
Granada and Seville colaborated in the
construction.
The King Pedro I ordered to build it,
between 1356 and 1366. This palace was
created to be the
private building of King
Pedro I. Inside, the
structure was divided
into two parts, one
dedicated to official
life that sits around the Patio
de las Doncellas and another
for his private life around the
Patio de las Muñecas.
