ACTION (ACSHON):
It is that part in the authorized capital of a corporation or partnership limited by
shares, represented by a document of title is broken.
Es aquella parte en que se divide el capital autorizado de una sociedad anónima o
en comandita por acciones, representada por medio de un título representativo.
SHAREHOLDER (SHEIRHOLDER):
