TEST 2:
Aim: power
Procedure:
Standing with spread feet, approximately the width of the
hips, with tip toes facing the exit line, arms backwards and
bending knees.
The child must jump by stretching out the
knees and balancing the arms forward.
The jump will be
repeated three times and the best result will be taken to
account.
