Lottery Dollars are Pouring Into Montrose with GOCO Grants! The CRC Phase II is now complete thanks to GOCO and Lottery. The City and the MRD just earned a $2M Connect grant to build two bike/ped. underpasses under our two busiest roads and add in 2.25 miles of River Trail.
