1 西安通宵公交专线调查研究 The Investigation of the Secure Night in Xi,an 王渊 牛月 兰鹏 陶骞（西安建筑科技大学 合作单位：西安公交巴士股份有限公司） WANY Yuan, NIU Yue, LAN Peng, TAO Qian(Xi’an University of Architecture and Technology Cooperation Unit:Xi’an Bus Industry Co. ,Ltd) 摘要：针对市民夜间出行频率的增加，夜间出行安 全无法得到保障等问题，西安市政府联合西安公交 公司,推出了 4 条通宵公交专线。本次调研在对西安 4 条通宵公交专线进行概括介绍的基础上，针对西 安通宵公交 3 号线的运营、实施等情况进行具体阐 述，总结西安通宵公交 3 号专线在运行实施过程中 所遇到实际问题及针对这些问题的解决办法，并制 定了后续的实施方案。最后，评价了通宵公交专线 的实践意义以及推广价值。 Abstract: Jointed with Bus Industry (Xi’an) Co. LTD, the government of Xi an introduced four allnight bus lines concerning the increasing frequency and security of going out at night. Based on the brief introduction of the four all-night bus lines, this survey explains the operation and implementation of the all-night bus line 3, and highlights the problems it encountered in the process of the implementation.
