I think I have a serious problem-my bad temper.
Sometimes, I get so furious
that I could kill.
Afterwards, I breakdown and I feel really guilty.
It’s not just a
once-a-month thing, it’s more or less everyday.
I have tried to control it and I’m
OK for one or two days, but after that, I’m back to my old nasty self.
It’s
getting me down and I’m really depressed.
I turn to you for help.
I’m desperate
need of advice.
I’ve tried talking to my parents, but they think I’m being silly.
Now I have no-one to talk about it.
