In March, Carpenter won the NCAA Division II Golfweek invitational at Reunion Resort near orlando. he also won the Dallas Baptist invitational by two shots at the GC of Dallas with a 5-under 205 in rough weather. the two victories gave Carpenter 11 titles in less than two full seasons at ACU. the reigning southern amateur champ, Carpenter is scheduled to defend that prestigious title in the 105th Southern Am at innisbrook Resort near tampa in July.
