SCES has provided various resources to assist schools and parishes with their celebration of Catholic Education Week 2016. SCHOOLS will be able to access ideas to support learning in Primary and Secondary classrooms. Scripts, notes for school assemblies, video clips and weblinks have been provided. PARISH celebrations can be enhanced with the use of sample Prayers of Intercession, Children’s Liturgy, notes for Speakers at Mass and bulletin inserts. FAMILY celebrations can be supported with some suggested home activities. “I have often thought of how the Church may render more clear her mission to be a witness to mercy; and we have to make this journey.
