AVITAE Denmark Diary 26th -30th January 2015 Oerestad Gymnasium MONDAY We arrived yesterday and it was Sunday, so we haven't gone to the school yet. It is our first day of school and we are very nervous but we have had a very warm welcome. The students of the seven countries met and the Principal Allan Kjaer Andersen said a few words of welcome and then we played several games to start knowing each other. We had a good time!!! After that, the Danish students showed us the school in small groups. We were very impressed. It is a really amazing school, with a lot of open spaces, glass walls, relaxing places for students, a very good canteen and it is a completely digital school, they don't use any books!!! Before lunch all the students presented their own schools. All of them were very nervous but they did their best and it was great. We could see similarities and differences. It was really interesting. Then, we had lunch and the students went for half an hour tour around the school guide
