Day
On Tuesday /06.
12/, early in the morning, we started our trip to Cyprus.
Our first day in Larnaca
was pretty exciting.
We arrived at the airport at about 11 o’clock and headed to our hotel.
We
only had a quick shower and headed to the beach! The weather was fantastic, sunny and warm,
so much different than the weather we left in Bulgaria.
Then we went shopping and looking
around the town.
In the evening we had a lovely dinner in a tradiotional Cypriot restaurant where we met the
English and the Italian group.
2nd
Day
Wednesday morning we had breakfast in the American Academy cafeteria and then we were
warmly welcomed by the school principle.
We were taught a traditional Cypriot dance and a
Christmas song.
Then we headed to visit some of the sightseeing in the town.
We were shown the Larnaca Medieval Fort.
We also went to the Saint Lazarus church, where it
is said to be his tomb and
