COMUNICADO AL SECTOR
DE LA SEGURIDAD PRIVADA EN ESPAÑA
La actividad empresarial y laboral en Seguridad
Privada, constituye, por imperativo legal, un ámbito
exclusivo y excluyente para sus profesionales.
La regulación legal de la Seguridad Privada en
España, prohíbe, bajo sanciones pecuniarias, el ejercicio
legal de ésta actividad profesional a toda empresa o
trabajador que no se encuentren debidamente autorizados
o habilitados para el desarrollo de las correspondientes
actividades y funciones.
La lucha contra todo tipo de “intrusismo” en el
Sector de la Seguridad Privada en España, tanto
empresarial como laboral o funcional, constituye un deber
