AN ACT RESPECTING THE EXERCISE OF THE FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS AND PREROGATIVES OF THE QUÉBEC
PEOPLE AND THE QUÉBEC STATE
The Minister responsible for Canadian Intergovernmental Affairs and the Canadian Francophonie is responsible for the administration of this Act.
